Services Provided: Full Construction Management

The project consisted of widening approximately 3.5 miles of Folsom Boulevard, constructing curb, gutter and meandering sidewalk adjacent to Regional Transit light rail system, constructing new landscaped median with stamped colored concrete, modifying and reconstructing thirteen signalized intersections with new ADA compliant ramps and signal poles, and installing a new signalized pedestrian crossing.  In addition, the work involved the installation of an extensive storm drain system, construction of a 340-foot tieback wall with architectural texture within Caltrans right-of-way, AC pavement construction, base failure removal, removal and replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveways, slurry seal, decorative street lights, fencing, installing signal interconnect, landscaping and irrigation systems, and traffic signage and striping.
