Services Provided: Full Construction Administration and Inspection

The infrastructure improvements for the private residential developments included five (5) subdivisions, with five (5) different developers, with over 700 new homes as part of Phase 1 of the SLDCFD.  The final build out will eventually serve over 1500 new homes.  Inspection of all improvements included all dry utilities, an extensive water supply system which included a 12" ductile iron pipe network, services, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances, 4" to 8" sanitary sewer collectors and services to depths of 20', 12" to 36" RCP storm drainage improvements, all manholes, and all street improvements, which include rough to finish grading, lime treatment, AC paving, curb, gutter, sidewalks, ADA compliant curb ramps, bike paths, street lights, sound-walls and landscaping.
