Services Provided: On-Call Construction Management and Inspection

These projects included various Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects, private developments, and encroachment permit work.  SAI was responsible for all aspects of construction administration and inspection on the CIP projects, and for daily field inspection, quantity verification (CIP), field testing verification, plan and specification review and interpretation, troubleshooting, drafting field correspondences, coordinating between various entities, and assuring compliance with the plans, codes, standards and specifications.
